If there has been a direction in the porn business over the past few years, it’s been “abandon ship.” Hoping to reverse that is Christopher, a 20-something South Florida native who is hoping to change all that with his site, MiamiPoolBoys.

There are few people entering the porn game these days and even fewer young entrepreneurs. When Christopher contacted The Sword eager to share his plans for reversing the trend and how he’s going to get a generation brought up on free porn to open their wallets, we were all ears.

The Sword – Christopher: Thank you for reaching out to us about your site, MiamiPoolBoyscom. What has been the bigger challenges entering the industry?
The biggest challenge so far has been web design and managing the production crew when you’re the youngest person there. I have so much material I’m trying to shoot, and my team works really hard to make sure it’s all perfect. Sometimes all the lingo they use goes right over my head; it’s amazing to see them work and the finished product is always incredible

Millennials grew up on free porn. You are a millennial. What’s your plan to turn your generation back into porn consumers at Miami Pool Boys?
Miami Pool Boys is going to be much more than porn. We’re planning a massive pool party for this summer, we’re going to be hosting cam shows with our models, and we’re working on merchandise and sex toys at the moment. It’s all going to be an immersive experience, and our website is going to be the cherry on top of an entire lifestyle.

What did you find missing in the porn market you want Miami Pools Boys to fill?
Porn lacks that sexy Miami flavor. It’s missing that fun South Beach attitude. My boys are here to bring the best city in the world to our viewers. You can tell that a lot of the boys on these other sites aren’t having fun, they’re in it for the money but on my set, it’s a good time.

Comparitively, there isn’t much gay porn shot in Miami anymore as a few years ago. Has that made finding models easier or more difficult?
It wasn’t nearly as difficult as I imagined it would be. Guys love me because young and awesome so asking a hot guy is like asking a friend or a classmate. My first model, Quincy Soto, was a friend of mine that I went to school with and one day I just summed up the courage to say “Hey dude, come meet me by the pool.” South Florida is full of sexy eager guys who love to be naked; it’s too hot for clothes in Miami!

What has been the biggest surprise in the reality of shooting gay porn as opposed to what you thought it would be like?
I thought shooting would be work like “oh man I gotta get up at 8 and go do this and then get these two divas to get along for three hours and then clean up a bunch of heavy equipment” but it was a party from start to finish. We all showed up at this beautiful mansion I got through a friend, and then my guys did their thing and after that, we all went to the Beach.

If you could choose any porn star or stars to film for Miami Pool Boys, who would be some of your dream casts?
Oh man, this is tough, I have so many guys I love and such a diverse look I’m going for. I’ll start by saying I would do anything to bring back Stu from Sean Cody. He’s so cute, and all his videos are amazing! He would have so much fun with us. Topher DiMaggio would be great, but that’s a given. If we’re not talking porn stars I would love to see Maluma and Brody Jenner do a scene together; they have exactly what I look for when I cast models.

A year from now, where would you and Miami Pool Boys like to be?
We’ll still be down here in Miami, only bigger, hotter, and wetter.
