Gay porn on Six Feet Under

Last night there was some gay porn on Six Feet Under, The gay couple (David and Keith) were at Video West, the popular video store in West Hollywood looking for porn videos. David suggests one, but Keith says, “I don’t like him, he’s too veiney. Let’s stick with Matt Summers.” They walk to the counter with Chi Chi LaRue’s “Oral Exams” and David runs into Father Jack, the Episcopal priest from his church. (In an earlier episode, Father Jack denied being gay, despite all the obvious signs.) While Father Jack was renting “Sister Act”, the clerk loudly proclaimed, “You still haven’t returned ‘Back To The Crack: Butt Munch 2″. David and Keith chuckled to themselves.

A year or two ago, it was inconceivable to have gay porn titles mentioned in mainstream media. Now the studios are in serious negoitation for product placement in shows like Six Feet Under and Queer As Folk. Hollywood Sales’ “Hung Jury: Twelve Horny Men” has been mentioned on QAF (when Emmett threw out all his porn to become born-again). Falcon products have been mentioned, too, but I forgot specific titles.

Also, today’s episode of Ricki Lake is “Bisexuals Exposed” featuring gay porn star Billy Brandt, Michael Lucas and Chad Hunt. I’m taping it, I’ll let you know about it tommorrow.
