Last weekend, I bought a new pair of running shorts from American Apparel. When I realized how high cut they were, I was nearly delirious — they haven’t made them this obscene since the 70s. Even as kid, I had a hankering for ball-sack drooping short shorts. I know – it’s nuts!
But it’s not just that a stylistic preference, I’m also a notorious trade-peeper; shorts have been an irresistable source of parting glances since I was knee-high to a teabag. Gimme denim or gimme terrycloth, just give me something that offers the promise of a stray testicle or a brief-free cock.
