Well, if he changes his mind he can’t take off the tats. It’s bad decision to do something that can’t be undone that could adversely impact you. Not the same thing as tats that can be covered up.
You’re spouting the nonsense your parents told you. Tattoo removal is easy and inexpensive these days. It’s as permanent as you want it to be.
